World Express Athletic Management has grown immensely from its original intention of supporting track & field athletes in their quest to achieve world-class status. World Express is now a full service athletic management company that specializes in Track & Field as well as Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

World Express Athletic Management is affiliated with Abner Haynes & Associates Inc. Abner Haynes is the President & Chairman specializing in National Football League negotiations and player representation. Haynes spent more than 5 years as a player in the old "AFL" now the NFL with the Dallas Texans and Kansas City Chiefs organization (1960 - 1965). Haynes helped launch the AFL in 1960, when he was the fledgling league's first "Player of the Year." He captured the AFL's first rushing crown with 875 yards, and also led the Texans in receiving, punt returns, and kickoff returns. He was head coach Hank Stram's most versatile and dangerous weapon from 1960-62, amassing 43 touchdowns and 4,472 yards on rushes and receptions. In 1962, he helped the Texans seize the AFL Championship.

Abner Haynes & Associates has over 15 years experience as in the NFL as an Authorized Player Representative certified by the NFL Players Association. Attorney Jean S. Fugett Jr. works closely with World Express Athletic Mgmt. and handles all player negotiations for Abner Haynes & Associates. Fugett is renowned for his work with his stepbrother Reginald F. Lewis, President & CEO of TLC Beatrice International Holdings Inc., once the nation's largest black-owned food processing and distribution company based in the United States but whose operations were mainly in Europe. In 1987, TLC Beatrice reported revenue of $1.8 billion.

Jean Fugett's career includes six years as a player in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins. After his years in the NFL, Fugett pursued and obtained his law degree from Harvard Law School, helped manage TLC Beatrice International Holdings Inc., and was a commentator for CBS Sports. Fugett is currently on the board at George Washington University and works closely with the Reginald F. Lewis Foundation named after his brother.
