strength ... Outdoors, placed 11th in the 400-meter
intermediate hurdles in 52.62 seconds and ran on the
16th-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:14.92) at the IC4A
Championship ... Named all-conference for placing second in
the 400-meter intermediate hurdles (53.89) and running on
the second-place 4x400-meter relay (3:15.48) at the America
East Championship ... Competed on the 49th-place 4x400-meter
relay squad (3:18.85) at Penn Relays ... Indoors, ran
personal-best times of 7.55 seconds in the 55-meter high
hurdles and 8.22 seconds in the 60-meter high hurdles at the
Valentine Invitational and Puerto Rico Invitational,

2006-07:
Outdoors, set the school record and finished fourth in the
400-meter intermediate hurdles (49.92) to garner All-America
honors at the NCAA Championship ... Named All-East for
placing third in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles (50.18)
and running a leg on the sixth-place 4x100-meter relay
(3:08.86) which set a school record at the NCAA East
Regional ... Won the IC4A Championship in the 400-meter
hurdles, clocking in at 50.65 seconds ... Also ran on the
4x100-meter relay team (40.78) which broke a school record
and finished third as well as the 15th-place 4x400-meter
relay (3:15.76) ... Placed sixth in his heat of the
400-meter hurdles (50.44) at the Junior National
Championship ... Named all-conference for winning the
400-meter dash in a school and meet-record time of 47.09
seconds and for winning the 400-meter intermediate hurdles
in 52.95 seconds ... Indoors, was named all-conference for
running on the third-place distance medley relay team
(9:55.62) which set a school record ... Also placed fifth in
the 400-meter dash (49.13).
2005-06:
Outdoors, finished 11th in the 400-meter hurdles (50.52) at
the NCAA Championship ... Named All-East for placing seventh
in the 400-meter hurdles (51.48) at the NCAA East Regional
... Placed 18th overall and eighth in his heat of the
400-meter hurdles (53.24) at the World Junior Championships
in China .... Also placed second in the 400-meter hurdles
(50.70) at the USA Junior Nationals, earning Junior National
All-America laurels ... Won the 400-meter hurdles (51.61)
and ran on the eighth-place 4x100-meter relay team (41.81)
at the IC4A Championship ... Also competed on the 17th-place
4x400-meter relay (3:16.64) ... Won the 400-meter hurdles in
a meet-record time of 51.59 seconds as well as the 400-meter
dash in 47.53 seconds at the America East Championship ...
Finished 12th in the 400-meter hurdles (51.87) at Penn
Relays ... Indoors, factored into a pair of school records
for running on the winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:09.39)
